Corrugate Products Available
Regular Slotted Container
The Regular Slotted Container (RSC) is the most common of the slotted boxes used in corrugate packaging. They are generally made from a single piece of cardboard corrugate that can be assembled as needed by the user. With the RSC, all flaps have the same length, and the two flaps are half the containers width, so that they meet in the center when folded. Half Slotted Containers and Overlap Slotted Containers are other popular options within corrugate packaging.
Corrugate Trays
Trays can be used as an open style tote, or we can make them into telescope as a closed carton corrugate. Telescoping trays are stronger and more durable than long end loading RSC’s and are easier to load than 5 panel folders corrugate packaging.
Corrugate Partitions
Partitions are an excellent alternative to compartmentalized foam inserts. Corrugate partitions can be made from single or double wall corrugate. Thy are very easy to collapse for storage and will increase the stacking strength of any corrugate box.
